Is GoModi only for apartment complexes?
GoModi was originally created for apartment complexes to make it easy and affordable for tenants to get their home cleaned. However, people not living in an apartment kept requesting our services, so we finally integrated cleaning for residences into our program as well.
How much does it cost and what's included?
We base our pricing primarily on the amount of bathrooms, as those usually need the most attention and then on the size of the home. So, a Standard Cleaning for a 1 BA would be $70 and take approximately 1 hour. A Deep Cleaning for a 1 BA would be $130 and take approximately 2 hours.
A Standard Cleaning for a 2 BA would be $130 and take approximately 2 hours. A Deep Cleaning would be approximately 3 hours and $190.
Standard Cleanings consists of:
- – bathrooms (mirror, vanity, bathtub/shower, floors)
- – kitchen (microwave, stove top, all countertops and wiping off cabinets, floors)
- – all other rooms: wiping down all surfaces, vacuuming and/or mopping floors
Deep Cleanings consists of:
- – everything included in Standard Cleaning
- – plus optional items like baseboards, blinds, fridge, oven, or whatever else you need
When can I cancel a cleaning?
Up to 48 hrs of your scheduled cleaning through the app. After that you are auto-confirmed and all cancelations within 48 might be subject to cancelation fee.
How do cleaners get into my apartment?
2 ways: A lot of people work from home nowadays and let us in themselves to clean their apartment. However, if you are not home, you just authorize the Leasing Office to give us a key for the time of the cleaning
What products do you offer?
We offer Standard and Deep Cleanings and also move–out cleanings. To get better pricing, we also offer weekly, bi-weekly and every 4-week subscriptions. Pick whatever works best for you.
