Is Modi only for apartment complexes?
Modi was originally created for apartment complexes to make it easy and affordable for tenants to get their home cleaned. However, people not living in an apartment kept requesting our services, so we finally integrated cleaning for residences into our program as well.
How much does it cost
A one-time 1-hr cleaning (14 Modi Coins) costs $70; A one-time 2-hr cleaning costs $130 (28 modi coins); however, you can buy credits in advance and this way the costs for the credits goes down as far as $60 per one-hour cleaning
