Is Modi only for apartment complexes?

Modi was originally created for apartment complexes to make it easy and affordable for tenants to get their home cleaned. However, people not living in an apartment kept requesting our services, so we finally integrated cleaning for residences into our program as well.

How much does it cost

A one-time 1-hr cleaning (14 Modi Coins) costs $70; A one-time 2-hr cleaning costs $130 (28 modi coins); however, you can buy credits in advance and this way the costs for the credits goes down as far as $60 per one-hour cleaning

When can I cancel a cleaning

Up to 48 hrs of your scheduled cleaning through the app

How do cleaners get into my apartment

2 ways. A lot of people work from home nowadays and let us in to clean their apartment. However, if you are not home, you just authorize the Leasing Office to give us a key for the time of the cleaning

What products do you offer

We offer 1- and 2-hr cleanings and also move-out cleanings. To get a better price on the cleaning credits, we also offer weekly, bi-weekly and every 4-week subscriptions
